Headcrab Frenzy : Mother Fucking Headcrabs EVERYWHERE (A HL1 Modification) - Games

You do one think and one thing only : Kill the fuck out of headcrabs. [B]How does it work?[/B] Well, you're stuck in this isolated area, and headcrabs keep spawning. And spawning. And spawning. And spawning. And spawning. And spa- [I]anyway[/I]. Headcrabs will endlessly spawn in the area until you and your colleagues are all out of lives. The game runs on a lives system if you couldn't already guess, giving you 5 lives to begin with. Every 40 kills you get gives you extra HP, and every 100 another life. Every time you die, you may respawn, until your lives are zero. If they are, the game ends. [*]When you kill 40 headcrabs, you gain extra health points. [*]Combo temporarily increases you crowbar's damage, the higher is combo - the longer is increase. [*]When you kill headcrabs, you gain "frenzy". Combos give additional "frenzy" points. [*]If your "frenzy" is full, you may activate it with reload key, and do 16x damage! [*]First crowbar swing does full damage, subsequent do the half. [*]Every minute your crowbar is slightly upgraded - it does more damage and "frenzy" mode lasts for a longer time. [*]If you kill headcrab tracking you with anything but you crowbar, you get an extra score! [/LIST] [/QUOTE] Did I mention there's a highscore system? Yes, apparently your score saves on the map, so you can show people who's the shit when you've got the highest score and your E-penis will be slightly bigger. You get more points the higher the difficulty you play. Naturally there are three difficulties. Easy, medium, and hard. Now, the mod only has 3 different maps and 2 different gamemodes sadly. The first gamemode is [B]ladder. [/B]Ladder is pretty simple. Basically, after a certain amount of time, you'll be spawned a new headcrab type to fight, all the way until you spawn, at which case it'll go to [B]random.[/B] You can enable random at the start of the game if you don't feel like working your way up. It spawns each type at random instead of cumulatively. There are a bunch of different types of these mother's to kill. You've got fire, ice, chemical, exploding, god damn you even headcrabs that explode into flames. But wait, I think I'm forgetting something. Oh yeah! How would you manage to kill a headcrab with something other than your crowbar? Simple. Headcrabs are dumb. These guy's will follow you into the most retarded situations. The maps are equipped with elements to help you make that horde a little smaller. You've got lasers, extremely hot steam, even an opened elevator shaft. Don't think it's just for the headcrabs though, it can hurt you too! On to the best part, [highlight]POWER UPS[/highlight]. The game has only 3 power ups, sure, but they're pretty good.
