Recently, my ping will shoot up to like, 400 for about ten seconds, then it will go back down to about 20-40.
Then a few minutes later it'll shoot back up again.
Also my FPS keeps decreasing, usually I average 150-200 but I keep getting 40-50 :S
WTF is going on? I've tried restarting steam, my PC, my modem, nothing works. Also I tried verifying the cache files and defragging it, but no difference.
The problem is that you're playing CSS.
