Fallout 3: no music, with or without K-Lite

Sup, forum, I'll keep it short:

I was playing Fallout 3 today and I randomly decided to install the newest version of the K-Lite codec pack. After I did, I launched the game, and those shitty slideshows that appear at the beggining were incredibly laggy, like at 0.2 frames per second, and even thought they made the transition sound, there was no music at all.

I was like 'what the fuck', so I unistalled K-Lite, and started up the game again. This time there wasn't any lag, and I actually made it into the game. I still had no music, and the radios worked, but you could only hear the voices (at least the ones from the DLCs).

So:
