Which final bosses did you have the hardest time with from any game youve played?
For me personally id say Giygas when i first played Earthbound, and also the Shadow Queen from Paper Mario: TTYD.
Stupid RPG bosses.

The bosses from that game were easy. I just saved my lvl 1 rocket launcher from the previous mission and killed him in a minute, first try.
Just Cause was fucking easy. Even on hard.

This, he was also bugged where under certain conditions he would return to full health. It is fixed now apparently.
Prototype, I was playing on Hard and it was really hard beating the final boss.
Yeah, that one was quite frustrating.
The ending boss in PixelJunk Shooter was hard.

I guess the developers wanted you to be extremely good at throwing objects and being quick, which i hated.
Last boss from Legend of Dragoon, took me around half an hour.
paper mario and the thousand year door
took me over an hour to beat her, had to leave my gamecube running all day long so i could continue fighting her after i got home from school

Final fantasy 10 was a hard boss if you didn't have the 3 special aeons which i didn't :(
I was thinking of the Shadow queen from Paper Mario when I saw the thread. I still haven't beaten her, tried multiple times and eventually gave up.

I played this a long time ago when I was little and used gameshark, and it still took me at least an hour per try to beat that boss.
Then a year ago, I started to replay the game. Got all the way to the end of the 3rd disc and turns out that I can't get any further because my game always freezes. Took me about 70 hours to get there :smith:
The worst part about the final boss is that going into dragoon form causes him to use 1-hit ko moves.

Baal was noting for me, it was the fucking worm monster in Act II that pissed me off

Dude that sucks, I remember I was literally on my last leg, two of my characters were down Lloyd was the only one left, I used a dragoon attack and then I beat him it was great.

That's nothing if you're ranged or if you're specced in assassin traps.
i dropped my full mana's worth of fire traps next to that bitch, ran back out the corridor and came back in to collect the reward. No potions used.
What really pisses me off is Duriel (spelling?) of Act II.
Motherfucker rapes if he catches up melee range, impossible to do as barbarian when I did it.
