Several times a day, in fact. I never really made any fuss over it, just came over time to accept it as normal business... But I figure I SHOULD ask about it, if it's easy to fix. At least once a day (usually more) Steam and all steam-related windows freeze. I can't click anything in them, can't minimize/maximize them, can't drag them around the screen, and when I move another window around the screen, it leaves a permanent trail wherever the Steam windows are. All I can do is ctrl-alt-delete them, which will take like 15 minutes to actually happen.
It seems to happen most often when I've just exited TF2, but it can really happen at any time during the day. I haven't noticed a specific pattern. Does anyone know what's the deal?
that happens to me, since the release of the new UI, and, now after the last major update I've been having crashes in tf2, which I believe is caused by steam and not the game itself

This usually happens to me in the new shitty steam when something is downloading. Never happened in the old one.
