Can you run 2 steam games at once? I want to play Beat hazard while Idling with TF2. I found the Beat Hazard Directory and I can run it from there no problem but I can't run it from the steam app. If I run the 2 at the same time will it cause some problems?
Why don't you try and see if you can? [editline]04:53AM[/editline] I'm sure, if they do run, gameplay will not altered. Except with, well, lagginess.
Lag? Not if you have a multithreading cpu! :eng101:

Nah, you can run multiple games unless they both use hl2.exe process but even then steam tells you only one instance of the game can be running. I map for STALKER, have SoC open and tabbed, hammer open and EP2 open for testing too.
Idling? Get out.
Put TF2 in "textmode".
Run tf2 with with this "-textmode" and launch your other game. I always do this while playing l4d2.
Hmm, it should work fine
Run tf2 with -textmode -nographicapi -nosound to minimize CPU usage.
