Original L4D remade for L4D2

Hello again guys Ive been fixing up the original broken skins from L4D that used to work in L4D2, well Ive got them working and they look just fine in-game but i have a problem with the hands, i cant get them to show up when you are playing one of the characters, heres a preview shot

any idea guys what i need to do to fix this problem? any help would be much appreciated thanks.

You gotta check if the weapon models are c_models or v_models.

Otherwise I don't know.

This has been done so many many times now. Whats the point in replacing when you can just use the originals in any campaign with a simple txt file edit?

I was hoping this was gonna be something useful or cool like porting the Pistols.
