Contact Blizzard, they will most likely ask you to pay the outstanding amount and may threaten you with a permanent ban if it happens again.

First off, "account suspended" does not mean account "baned", it simply means you can't use it until you pay more money.
Second off, what is wrong with the way you type? It makes your posts almost unreadable.

No, account suspended means account suspended... Frozen means you can't play until you add time/money.
I had a charge back on a character transfer, they locked my character after 2 weeks transfered, until i paid them correctly
Just call blizzard up, [i]if[/i] you can get past the long wait time they will help you work it out.
i fixed it .. called there and they enabled "subscription" button again for me .. now i can make a new subs.
