Your objective is to dive inbetween 2 bouys.
And you're also suposed to score atleast 7.5 out of 10
The score depends on how good you hit the water, try landing with your head or feets first and the number of flips.

i dont get any power jumping off anything, no matter how fast or slow i do the backflip circle i get no real "jump" force

I did. I'm at the forth now. These are actually easier than the second one. The game doesn't punish you, even if you get hit by a rock and get paralyzed.
Level 14 is hard as shit! The bouys are too far to reach.:V
