I don't think you need an introduction to the Xbox 360, if you do, go to Wikipedia.

Now, to start discussion: I'm asking for some games for christmas. At the moment I have Borderlands in there, but I think I'm gonna have 2 more games on the wishlist. I was thinking about Mass Effect, but it'd be cool if you guys could tell me some must have games. And yes, I already have MW2.

Does Xbox Live feature any free games ? ( other then demos ).

I'm getting a screen soon and my xbox 360 back. And the only games i have is assassins creed 1 and GTA IV.

There's a few Arcade games, but for the most part, no.
