I've just found this in my steam games list. I've got no Idea on what it is, and what it does. When I go to install it, It doesn't tell me how big it is, or how long it's going to take, it just tells me I'm about to install it, when I go through with it, it doesn't install.
It's a bug, I wouldn't worry about it.
