Ok, so i'm trying to play Episode 1 without steam. You see, I have Ep1 on a different account instead of my main one, so I was wondering if it's possible to play it without having to use my alt account.

Well I did buy ep1, so i'm pretty sure it wouldn't be illegal.

I'm pretty sure you can email Valve and with proof of purchase you can get them to transfer the Ep1 from your alt account to your main. And by the way, why did you buy a game for an alt account?
