Does anybody know of any? For me at least, most survival horror games tend to get boring after one playthrough.
I think it would be hard to find one, seeing as most of the horror comes from not expecting whats around the next corner. after playing it once, you will have a good idea of what to expect, and thus be less afraid.
I'd say your best bet is Left4dead. while not that scary, it does include a survival aspect, and the director makes each level different might at least keep you on your toes.
sorry i cant be much more help.
Resident Evil 4 was fairly replayable IMO, there were extra difficulty settings and weapons you could unlock.
Or you could get a few zombie mods for Fallout 3, seeing as FO3 itself is already very replayable.
You could find a text based roguelike to play. I remember I played one, forget what it was called, will post name later, but it had zombies in it, with a massive pre-generated city, and you could explore, find new weapons, level up, kill zombies, eat, sleep, and barricade yourself in buildings. You had to survive long enough and get out of the city.
Silent Hill has several endings.
dead space AHHHH so scary

Rougelikes , I find, always have extremely high replayability.
:frog:
Resident Evil: Outbreak (1 or 2).
Sense of replayability varies from person to person, but trying to pass each scenario with the given choices of characters it a challange in itself.
I haven't actually played it myself, but from what I gather, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories has several possible paths depending on how you answer periodic "psyche analyzing" questions.
Rogue Survivor, there's a thread of it around here somewhere. It has all random-generated cities with zombies, supplies, weapons, followers, military, etc.

Low Graphics but still tolerable.

That was Zomband, I believe.

It's better to get into that game without knowing much about it at all.
Best advice for people wanting to try out Shattered Memories is to do no research, don't do walkthroughs and play it how you want to play it. Then you get the best results and experience from it.
Spoilers on SM:
[sp]Also fuck that frozen car scene, that was just unfair on the mind man[/sp]

That sounds just cryptic enough that I really want to play the game now...
Play killing floor, its quite fun when you have alot of friends, pubs are also actually playable. L4d pubs are infested with little kids and retards.

There is also Rouge Survivor which is better because it doesn't take 5 minutes to load a level.
I say S.T.A.L.K.E.R. but from what I've seen of your posts I wouldn't enjoy you in our thread.
Eternal Darkness had three slightly different magick paths at the start.
From games I've played, I'd say Dead Space or Left 4 Dead 1 or 2.
I didn't play much of DS, and sure, it wasn't so scary when I'd been watching my friend play it (it was his) 'til 3am, but first time round it was pretty creepy.
Fallout 3 + VHE
