Real glitch / bug. I had it, but i liked it cause it was playing the Path of Borealis beta tune from my iTunes folder :D
It's actually happened to me before, but I don't remember how I fixed it.
I'm gonna laugh he faked this video, because it can happen.

Man, that cd in pc thing used to piss me off so bad, when I see stuff about dod 1.3 I get rage against the machine stuck in my head 'cause I always have a ratm cd in the drive, and it'd play when the map changed and shit.

The most fake crap ever. But in the case it is real (which it isn't) delete [username]\half-life. It'll regenerate when you play it again and it'll be fine. Plus, there is no way this is real because there isn't any music that plays in that part of the game. Unless you have a CD with music on it in your drive. But in that case it wouldn't pause with the pause menu, so it's still fake.

It's true this is a known glitch. My mom put this learn spanish CD in my computer and never removed it so It played this spanish crap while I was playing.
It turned out the CD was in my computer

Normaly there is this ominous background "music", if that's what you want to call it, playing. However, since this is an older game playing on a really new computer, and since I was also recording this with a crappy recorder, a lag spike occurred or something, making it seem like the music started too soon.
The problem was fixed. It was a cd in my drive...I never would of guessed that, though...
I did this with a Lynyrd Skynyrd album.
It was fucking awesome.
Wow looks like the bug also made you spell worse, so when it was fixed your grammar improved.
