I'm looking for some PC Coop games that you can do on LAN since my house has two gaming computers located right next to each other and my brother and I feel like playing some coop games.
Games we have already played:
Left 4 Dead 2
Gears of war
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, definitely
try synergy... you can play the hl2+eps on that
Borderlands is fun.
Obsiedan Conflict or however you spell it, a better version of synergy
The Spec Ops in modern warfare 2 is pretty cool but I'm not sure that the amount of co-op time you'd get out of it would justify paying full price for it.
Rainbow Six vegas is kind of cool and also Operation flashpoint 1+2/Arma II are pretty good.
Swat 4.

If you're looking for more maps and more custom made material, go play Obsidian Conflict. However, if you want to play the original Half-life 2 campaign and all the episodes with your buddies, play Synergy. It's alot better for the campaigns.
I'd consider Killing Floor a decent co-op game.
Serious Sam
Killing floor, however I don't think you can use the same game for two player LAN so you'd have to buy two copies, unlike borderlands.
Last man standing mod for doom 3 is always good fun
Titan Quest! Or Diablo II, but I've never played that.
Unreal Gold.
FUCK YES

There ain't no co-op like split screen co-op; get a console.
Then, you could play Time Splitters or 007, with Time Splitters being my favorite co-op game and 007 being my favorite arcade shooter.
Starcraft with bots on hard.
