I've tried searching what's that in google and there isn't any answers :(
But it would be cool if someone is nice enough to tell me what it is.Also, people told me to turn off/disable steam cloud sync in tf2 so it'll perform better. So what is it and what happens if i disabled it for team fortress 2?

It just backs up your saves, not sure what it does for TF2. Disabling it will not increase performance at all.

It stores keybinds and other gameplay preferences to the account.
