It seems another employee besides Michael Abrash is now blogging from inside Valve: non other than their first economist-in-residence Yanis Varoufakis. His first post on how he got into Valve (from the European crisis to analyzing the TF2 economy) is a great read. Good time for a general Valve blog topic? I don't know if any other employees are blogging, since blogs.valvesoftware.com still redirects to Abrash' blog instead of an index or something. Let us know if you find more.
Yanis' blogpost is definitely an interesting read. I honestly don't mind being a guinea pig for science if it gives interesting results in the end.
Hopefully, this means more Valve employees will be posting on that blog. In the meantime, here are the personal blogs of Marc Laidlaw and Adam Foster.

Why Valve? Or, what do we need corporations for and how does Valve’s management structure fit into today’s corporate world? was posted by Yanis on the 3rd. If you don't read the whole thing, at least read section 6.
Not a blog post, but an article written by Yanis discussing how he got to Valve, his fascination with virtual economies, and gives a hint at Valve's future with hardware. Who wants to bet they used a Vortigaunt?
