I can see it now. Alistair being the comic relief, Morrigan being the main tsundere love interest, Leliana being all modest but is a closet pervert, sten being the cool quiet guy with the powerful comebacks and Zevran being that fabulous guy always being too close the main character

Voice actors and animators cost less than screen actors and filming/catoring/cleaning crews and sets.
With the right studio this can turn out pretty good.
With the wrong studio, this can turn into a pile of shit.
Only time will tell.

We are heavily biased after Halo Anime happened.
I can't even imagine close to how they're going to pull it off. They might as well call it a "Dragon Age Animation", since when I think of anime i think of annoying little girls making stupid faces, and then the fake serious shit where theres metric shittons of blood pouring out of people. as in its fucking stupid and lame
