If it doesn't, right click>properties>compatibility, check run in compatibility mode and select Windows XP.
Compatibility mode needs a cpu that supports it according to their website, although I could just use VMWare or something, but I'm about to buy it and I don't want to waste money.

He gifted it to me because it was cheap, then I said it was good, then he bought it.
I played for about 2 minutes, and loved the epic music, slow motion awesomeness, and general fun.
