Well I installed a new video card, from my old BFG 7900GS, to an HIS HD 4850 1024mb iCoolerIV. The 7900GS ran RF:G slower than a 104 year old grandmother on a road with the speed limit of .1, and with the new video card I have everything maxed out except for Anti-Aliasing and it runs with out a hitch, but there's one problem, the "dynamic" parts of the player characters (i.e Lower half of Mason's coat, Smaya's ponytail, or her red cape, and semi skirt in Demons of the Badlands) that "flutter" in the wind, stretch-out occaisionally like when you stretchout a ragdoll in gmod. (Think of deflating a ragdoll with the deflator tool, like when the model becomes string thin). This becoems very annoying, and while it does not affect my performace tends to block my view of my target in my crosshairs. I'll get pictures up soon. Also on a side note, my Games For Window's live dosen't seem to recognize my account, no matter how many times I try to log in it keeps saying it can't locate the account, so any help with the latter problem would also be appreciated.

Apparantly it happens when large amounts of motion is going on. Like explosions, and more explosions.
