Post a game or two that you can play start to finish without ever getting bored of it.
Chibi-Robo, it's a game where you're a tiny little robot that picks up trash and stuff and you fight off little robots and play minigames. It has a lot of side quest story arcs.

Tales of Symphonia, my favorite Tales game, I've put well over 200-300 hours on this game. RPG with a good story and memorable characters (except Colette, she can go die)

Dragon Quest VIII, put 200 hours into it on one playthrough and it's got a great story.

Another Dragon Quest game, Dragon Warrior Monsters, have multiple playthroughs and I spent a good year or two dedicated to this game.

I forgot Fable. Awesome game by LionHead studios. Most people are disappointed because of Molyneux's big mouth, but I hadn't ever read what he said so I wasn't expecting anything. I've played through this game 5+ times and I'd be willing to do it again.

Drakan on the PC. So much exploration, on foot and on dragon. Plus figuring out how to kill pigmen and giants is always fun.
