A thread like this is useless without links. And when you say "online" do you mean browser-based, free to download online, or games with online multiplayer? Or all of the above?

There you go. Both of them have "online" games, also called flash games. Kongregate is nice as it has a "ranking" system based upon badges you can get for completing different tasks in a game.
