• Is there some sort of hardware that records your display without lag ?

I always see these mw2 videos online and they are all recorded on consoles. And you need some sort of hardware to record on consoles if i remember correctly. So is there any sort of hardware for PC's that can record the display without getting framerate drops ?
What you need is a capture card, although I'm not sure there are any for PCs.

I think the full version of FRAPS is customizable to record at high fps, like 60 or something. I think you'll recieve a bit less lag, I haven't really tested this myself.

Which is annoying because i hate getting these lag spikes. I got stabalize it at 30fps which isn't too good. Tried changing resolutions too.
