Ehh don't you mean Starcraft and not Fallout? Also I get this in Starcraft expansions too. I guess it has something to do with the game being too old. Missread statcraft as Starcraft

Oh yeah sorry. Meant expansion packs for Starcraft doh.
It's probably cause your trying to run a game thats probably only compatible with win 98. just go onto some google and search for some fixes.
run in compatability mode or some fuckin shit i dunno
run in compatability mode or some fuckin shit i dunno
if you don't know don't post. and if your not going to read the op don't post.
It's because of the windows aero-whatever-it's-called theme, if you kill explorer.exe it'll probably look fine. I had the same problem with Diablo 1 and it's because they run in directdraw which gets funky colors when the windows theme runs in the background. I use this bat file to run Diablo and Starcraft with normal colors.
@ECHO OFF TASKKILL /F /IM explorer.exe "C:\Games\Diablo\diablo.exe" pause START C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Replace the Diablo path with the path for the Fallout.exe, it should shutdown explorer and then let you reopen it once you exit the game. Hope it works. (Copy it into notepad and save the file as fallout.bat or something, remember to include .bat at the end).
Run it in 16 bit video mode instead of 8 bit. If you don't have that option, you need a resolution patch.
My enter buttin is stuck. [editline]07:07PM[/editline] what the fuck am i doing, wrong thread.
