What is the most expensive item on steam? - Games

Whether it be a game, TF2 item, or anything, what's the most expensive item on steam? I need to know because my friend offered to gift me something for christmas.

Single item or Bundle?

Probably Trains Simulator with all DLCs.

I think Railworks with all the DLC costs something like 1500$.
