For some heroes, I feel like each of them have signature lines, in the case that they're humorous or just really cool sounding.

I love all the rival/ally lines, especially because I love character development.
The laugh lines are always good though, because they're voluntarily activated through chat. So sometimes you accidentally get a really really creepy laugh in all chat when you're laughing at something really minor.
