Bought a new server, just a small one for me and my friends to tekkit on. Was going fine yesterday then it just crashed and ever since its said "cant reach server"
The server control panel says that its online and occasionally shows a player named "[m" as being online, player cannot be kicked.
[m also shows up at the end of some lines in the console log.
I havent got a clue whats broke or how to fix it

So far ive deleted my plugins and reinstalled the jar. no effect
Tell your server provider. If you haven't fucked it up yourself than it's their problem. Even if you were the one who messed it up, they'll still probably help you.
Do a complete reinstall, everything blank. If it still doesn't work than do the above.
