How do I host an SA-MP server?

I need to know how do I make a server in the latest SA-MP version. Can anyone help?

What's so confusing about downloading the program, configuring the server.cfg and running it?

Remember, if you want to host a 24/7 or have alot of players you might need to set up another computer to act as the server independently.
