Due to the steam holiday sale, I've been looking into L4D2, I was wondering if its worth buying.
Yes.
It's definitely worth the money but make sure you have some buddies to play with you, because the bots are just shit stupid and a pain in the ass.
Only if you have friends to play with.
I think it is, but I hope valve supports it more than L4D1.
I'd give my future children's eyes for Left 4 Dead 2. IT'S AWESOME.
I think it is, but I hope valve supports it more than L4D1.
Really? I think Valve has supported the game quite well. So far Valve has added Death Toll and Dead Air to versus mode, added survival mode with 16 maps and added Crash Course which is a whole new campaign along with versus and survival maps based off of it, all for free. That's a lot more support than most other games receive.
"choose for me"
I don't really think so, my opinion. I think it is very repetive and gets boring fast (with friends).
I find it incredibly boring, but then again, I didn't really like L4D1 either.

I think it's great, and I don't have friends to play with! (They're all like 'PC gaming sucks, if you have a good computer, you are instantly a nerd!'
It's awesome, way more stuff than the first one. It's even better when you get a a group of friends together and make a versus team of scavenge team. I got 10x more playtime out of Left 4 Dead than I did out of the second. I feel kind of let down, but at the same time I can sort of understand because I live in Australia and no one wants to play online. So this cooperative game you can only play with friends or by yourself.
At 37$ yeah, defiantly.

Its pretty good, hopefully we'll see some DLC in the future... free for PC of course. Its definitely worth more then L4D1 I assure you though sadly I have not seen much custom content.

Here's the basic review I gave L4D2: "If you're into zombie games or liked the first one then definitely pick this up. Not for competitive FPSers though. " I also posted it on this site: http://shouldibuyleft4dead2.com/pc/review/51 (disclaimer: my site :D)
