I wouldn't count on it.
It's fine apart from the processor, which probably wouldn't handle it very well at all. So no.
How is a Radeon x1600 "fine"? It's terrible. No, you won't be able to run it.

I'm always getting the different Radeons mixed up... Even though the CPU meets the requirements, it would be hellish.

I think the general rule is "If you have to ask, the answer is no."
On a X1650, Arma 2 ran less than playable, with everything cut off, and the config tweaked to even lower settings, it would go to around 3 frames per second inside villages, and go to about 10-15 in fields, That was with 1.5gigs of Ram and an AMD Athlon 2800+ 2.1ghz, but still, the video card did not like it
