Let's get to the point. Sonic the Hedgehog is finished. He's had a good run, lasting roughly 17 years before turning into shit with the latest games he's come out in. Since he began some time in the 1990's, he's been going great, but now is his buriel. Nintendo and Sega still somehow think there's still one golden egg to come beofre they chop the head off, yet with several attempts, there has been only shit. If you think that you might know of a way to maybe get Sonic back in action or to lower him to more shit, feel free to post your thoughts.
Based on your avatar, I'd say you just finished watching Yahtzee's Sonic Unleashed review. But I do agree.
He's a cash making machine for rich game publishers.
I agree, but do we really need a thread about sonic failing ever 3-5 days?
Well you haven't watched Alan Wake yet so I am better than you.
There's a new one? Hell, yeah.
I'm confused about Sonic. His game are all quite shit nowadays, and the developers MUST know what everybody thinks of them. They have made good 3d sonic games (The sonic adventure series for example) so they are capable of doing it, it is as if they choose not to. If they made a sonic adventure 3 with the same controls as the first two, and the chao mini-games and things like that (Multiplayer Chao trading and stuff) I'd buy it.

Nowadays, it's junk where he turns into a werewolf, or, if you're smart and know that the the word were means man, a hogwolf, or he goes into space, or some junk like that.

They're not as good as you remember. Keep in mind Sonic Adventure 1 is a game where over half of the game is spent fishing, treasure hunting, shooting, or hiding from a robot. Sonic "2006" for the 360/PS3 plays just like the Adventure games and is a complete trainwreck.
Sadly, I must agree. Sonic Adventure 2 was a massive improvement, but the first one wasn't bad in any way.
The only thing that's keeping the Sonic franchise alive are the fanboys.

I want to see a new Megaman game, he's way better than Sonic.
I want to see a new Megaman game, he's way better than Sonic.
They just released a old timey megaman game not too long ago.
Is it that hard for Sega to realize that if they made Sonic 4 the exact same way as Sonic 3(with new stages and such of course) people would buy the shit out of it and they would stand a chance against Mario again. But no, instead they make it HD and then decide to make some lame looking game called Sonic Colors after it, saying it will make a come back. Ha, yeah right.
next sonic game: Sonic Colors -_- nuff' said

Last time I checked, Nintendo didn't own sonic.
So a few bad games come out and everyone bitches and moans about how he's dead. Just shut up about Sonic already.
Sonic was the first game that kept me up passed 2am. Unlike Mario it isn't well ported and edited into something good for newer consoles.
if you're smart and know that the the word were means man, a hogwolf,
Watching every ZP video doesn't make you smart. For example, you think Sonic is made by Nintendo, but still acknowledge his rivalry with Mario.
Screw this at least Rayman hasn't fully died.
I want to see a new cute game mascot that isn't a furry, isn't creepy, and isn't mario.
Watching every ZP video doesn't make you smart.
Well, it does give us advice on what's a good game or not.
Well, it does give us advice on what's a good game or not.
Not really he calls every game crap and just does it for comedy. Sonic isn't actually that bad sonic unleashed day time stages are a step in the right direction.
So a few bad games come out and everyone bitches and moans about how he's dead. Just shut up about Sonic already.
It's actually several. Then again, I won't buy anything with the title "Sonic" anymore.
should have stopped after like the first 3D sonic, they should have done what they did with megaman, just continue it in 2D
OP the Failure. Lets get to the point. OP hasn't noticed that Sonic is a washed out cash cow until today.
I liked sonic as a kid, but found it too tough and lost interest
