Portal Transmission Received glitch - Games

I am trying to get the transmission recieved achievement and just started the game this morning to get the last radio, however when I took it to the return point it said I only had 25 out of 26 so I restarted the game and then it said under achievements that I only had 16/26 (what the heck?), so I went to various chapters to find which ones I was missing but so far all of them are green. What should I do? I am getting fustrated.

I tried re-installing it and they are still all green.

Verify game cache?

That didn't work either.

Use the achievement unlocker and just unlock it as you have it more or less.

Is there any chance of ban for using that?? If not then I will use it, Thanks :)

Nope, since it doesn't modify the core DLLs.

Just do them all again, it's not like it takes much time to replay the game :)
