Okay, so I've had Fallout 3 for a while, but I haven't played it since recently. First, I put in the CD, and the splash screen pops up, and I click "play". Instead of being thrown into the game, I get this teeny-tiny little box (That doesn't respond):
This is the non-steam version, BTW.

I've tried launching the game from the disk, and directly from the .exe, but no luck. Does anyone know what to do?
Specs:

Post specs, that's what you do when requesting game related help.

Try updating it and launching it in the latest version.
it could be corrupted disk stuff, registry errors , or a bunch of other crap, i would suggest uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. btw cool song
Update drivers.
Update game
Restart pc (duh)
Run the game as admin
What was the last thing you did before it got like this?
Reinstall.

Well, I started my PC up, because I installed Fallout 3 yesterday, checked my various emails and websites, downloaded the patch, then tried launching it. Both from the disk itself, and from the .exe.
