How do you get ride of Ping ??? Please Help !!!

i dont know why but my ping recently got really high normaly my ping is 30-120 but now ,its over 900!!!

please tell me some way I can loose the ping or something like that.

I have i went to severs whose latency was around 20-100 and still 900 ping

also a bandwidth limit is something your internet provider may put on your service - it basically restricts how much you can download in a month or so, and if you exceed it they'll either throttle the connection to a crap speed or keep your connection and ask you for more money at the end of the month.
