If steam is coming to the ps3 will there be a link between pc, mac, and ps3 on games such as tf2 and left 4 dead?

TF2 has too much of a learning curve since it came out.
This makes me hate how stubborn Microsoft is when it comes to free updates. More than anything in the world.
