Where are all the Brits? - Games

This is something I find realy annoying Brits are uncommon nowadays in games, And when they are, they are either Old Coots (Tenpenny FO3) or right cockney fuckers (Kent Paul GTA). (CoD Doesnt count cause TF141 are Alright). Resistance FOM had some good Brits in it, Cartwright was a hard man who got stabbed by a 20ft spider and survived and the British snipers who when getting a kill had loads of quotes "RIGHT IN THE FUCKING CHOPS" But Why is it always Americans, Brits are just as good

Because those Americans develop the games, so they are obviously going to have American Characters over British Characters

Insomniac are American but used Brits

For example Cpt. Price. He'd sound stupid without the accent.

British characters arn't normally used, if they are it's to have a good accent, Captain Price, or a silly accent that most people mock, Killing Floor. :sadface:

Why everyone dislikes the british accent on the Killing Floor? I think its good, and hilarious at the times. Seriously, what's so annoying about it?

Seriously, what's so annoying about it?[/QUOTE] Uh, the fact the quality is terrible, its the same voice actor for every line, they say it about 50 fucking times a minute, there's only a handful of different lines, half of them are 'kookie' and get old fast... What's NOT annoying about it ? Or have you only played like, one round of it. I mean, I'm a bit biased 'cause I've played quite alot of Killing Floor, but I remember finding the voice acting to be utterly shit from the very first playthrough.

nearly all the games that would have meaningful british characters are made in the usa, so i'm kind of glad they don't generally use british characters because they'd mong it up so bad.
