All right so a while back I was doing that Reilly's Rangers quest thing and when I was on my way to their HQ, I got lost and heard some crazy guy over an intercom, I had no idea what it was, so Im like " Gee, that was weird." Then kept walking, then the same guy was like "Come any closer and I'll blow us all to hell!" or something like that, I still didn't know where it was coming from so I was like "what evs" an kept walking. Then there was a series of large explosions that sent my body up in the sky in pieces.
My friend later told me there were like 6 mini nukes in an alley and a crazy guy up in a room, I'm trying to find this place again but I don't remember, can any help me?
Just explore around the center of DC, It's a unmarked location.

I remember having trouble with this as well. I remember the crazy intercom guy, but I never discovered his purpose. I just told that one guy to [sp]run through the alleyway with the nukes.[/sp]

Yea I remember this, i tryed sneaking past and defusing the mines but he ALWAYS nukes you , you cant past him.
But you can collect some Mininukes there
and i remember something with " Ants" dont know why it pops up, maybe has something to do, oh and a big bridge overhead
Theres a guy who you can talk into running through first.
The result is amusing.

I heard the guy over the intercom, i started looking for him.
Once i found his location, i immediately went in to VATS. It showed him as a friendly so i attempted to go toward him.
My heart skipped 10 beats when i went boom.
In Seward Square, there's a Wastelander standing in a half-collapsed building who shouts about 'the great big worm devouring the trees to the north'. At one end of the alley, another man tells you that he's been shouting for days. Eliminate the 'Preacher' from a distance and you can collect several Frag Mines and Mini Nukes. Fail, and the alleyway goes up.
Seward Square is easily accessible from Anacostia Station, terminus Rivet City, or the back of the Capitol Building.
