Jedi Academy is the only one ive ever played, or heard of for that matter.
Such a hard choice! I grew up with those games... Mysteries of the Sith, I guess, it's the one I played the most.

it's carp the others a great
Jedi knight 2. After playing the demo, I bought it straight away!
Jedi acadamy all the way, i still have my cd but i also have it on steam.
I preferred JK2's single-player and lightsaber combat but JKA had better multi-player and lugormod!
Dark Forces 2, pure win. I had some of the best times playing that game online, I remember
having to use MSN gaming zone to play too heh. The maps and mods that came out for that game
just added to the awesomeness. I think we're due for another JK on the PC.
Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight.
Have a lot of fond nostalgic memories from that game.
JK2 will always be my fav, it's not as slow as academy. Though I enjoy having fun with academy's mods.
jedi academy sucked in my opinion
I loved jedi outcast due to the fact it had gore.
I don't remember which game it was because I was quite young and it was a demo, but it was set in an aircraft hangar that gets attacked by Imperials and you have to escape or clear them out from the caves/base.
And there was another level where you go up against a few Trandoshan mercenaries before going through a factory full of Stormtroopers.
It was before Jedi Outcast I know for sure.
Jedi Academy for its better multiplayer and more mods to mess around with.
The first two because they were based off the actual Jedi Knight novels/graphic novels which is rare this day for Lucas Arts to take any good EU writing and make a video game about it.
The singleplayer in Outcast is way better than Academy's. Double lightsaber gimmicks aren't gonna compensate for shitty level design and boring story.

Mysteries of the Sith. I played that demo! :buddy:

Also the Jedi Outcast demo kicked ass.
Jedi Knight Academy.
JK2. JA had worse singleplayer, and the community ended up turning multiplayer into a chatroom.

Wait you actually paid attention to the storyline?
Depends on story or gameplay Jedi Knight for story Jedi Academy for gameplay with Outcast in the middle
Jedi Academy was my favorite by far.
So where the hell is X-Wing vs TIE-Fighter?
Can't beat dark forces 2. Played Bar and Grille for hours.
Outcast multiplayer was my favourite. I found Academy was basically EVERYONE STRONG STYLE GOGOGOGOGOGO. I didn't like playing MP with Academy much.

Not a jedi knight game... but still totally badass. We need a new X-Wing series game.
Outcast. I remember playing that game when I was little. Now that's a well made Star Wars game.
Outcast. Academy was good, but not as good. Dark Forces 2 and Mysteries are also very good games though.

I am terrible at reading threads.
But hell yeah we need a new X-Wing game. A semi-sim game though... I'd hate it if they made it some shitty arcade thing and slapped it on the Xbox with no PC port.
This thread made me realise I own all of these on Steam through some pack months ago, but I only played Dark Forces (1). Time to try Jedi Academy.
Kotor :colbert:
This thread made me buy the Jedi Knight pack on Steam
OP should add more info on the games in the series
for people who didn't play any of them.
however, i have to go with Dark Forces II
