Minecraft - Eternal Island - Games

Is this section new? I never noticed it before :/ I already posted my new video over in the Videos section of the forums but I feel that this section would be more appropriate so I'm posting it here. The Video: A regular Minecraftian comes across a beautiful island in his world and decides he wants to build a new cabin home close to the water. When the sun goes down he must abandon his worksite to take shelter for the night. Problem is, daylight isn't coming back. I love the concept. You did a really good job. It was damn interesting. Though I have to admit the 3rd time he saw night outside I kind of laughed (Ah ah, sucker). I also expected a creeper jumpscare at one point. But I would panic as well if my minecraft game would turn to night only.

There was obviously a bug with the code, and the bed wasn't working... You didn't see him do the 'get into bed' animation did you? :v:

Very nice. I hope this turns into a good series. I'm disappointed there weren't any mobs yet though. Every time he moved the dirt I prepared for one to pop out. Another good idea would be that he would wake up, and when he moved the one dirt he had placed at the entrance, there would be more dirt/stone in the way, and then he would move it and find more, and so on and so on. Then he would turn around, and the torch would burn out, then you would hear a scream.

I'm still unsure if this could be turned into some kind of series. If I was to do that it would be Machinima.com only (I have 2 year contract). It seems like you guys really liked the first video and I guess Machinima could use something a little different among all the COD gameplay videos. Cheers for all your comments everyone. Edit: Well my writers block seems to be going away a bit. I managed to write the first episode and I'm now writing a second episode. I'd post what I have so far but I don't want to spoil it :)
