I read he also got the motion engine (whatever it's called) to work so he could get PS2 on it. Hopefully if that is true. Sony will just hurry the fuck up and impliment it.

People download and seed 50GB blu-ray movies, so I don't see how games would be different(not all of them are even 30-50GB)

I'm fine with HDD space and Bandwidth. I just don't care enough to take that long to download the stuff. And 100 seeders is nothing compared to normal games and movies.

but it's still enough, you're going to get crappy dl speeds when a popular game is released on a tracker regardless of whether it's 4GB or 50GB.

50gb isn't that much when you download in 5mb/s.

The average speed for users (according to the steam hardware survey) is 900kb/s. Usenet users will obviously get better download speeds but a community of "Pirates" on a pay to download site isn't going to put a dent in PS3 Piracy

Oh my fucking god YES. YES. YES! I've wanted this since I got mine. It would be funny if they made a Playing Game Spoofer for the PS3, IE it could say you were playing Modern Warfare 3. I'll wait a bit to see what happens though. Actually, that would not be funny. It would be bad, everyone would be playing games that don't exist. But I bet people are going to mod the DLC content for Fallout 3 and get PC mods for the PS3.

I'd like to see crossplatform (PS3 and PC) multiplayer.
