Im looking for a video game. that is multiplayer and is ALL about gang wars.
Turf wars, Rival gangs, buying guns, breaking into places and stealing their stuff, all that good stuff.
Very similar to Garrysmod's DarkRP, but more about gang wars rather than the normal RP stuff.
I know garrysmod might have had an RP like this, but I cant find anything.

Sounds like APB you are looking for, at least if you want a "high budget game".
No real gang wars here though.
Otherwise try GTA RP servers like SA-RP, shit's pretty serious though, need to actually
do a test and write a character background to play (it's not hard, just needs a bit of time).
Has gangs made by players, cops played by players, and actually even civilians, played by players.
Also quite sure this isn't the looking for a game request line.
GangLands is a pretty fun round based multiplayer game.
