Awhile ago there was once this game that was shown in a thread. It was a really polygon-like flight simulator that had a mod with it which added a bunch of planes, this included one that was like a santa clause, one that was a guy with a jetpack, sometimes even normal people or cars. Anybody remember it, if I remembered it I would of searched for the thread already.
EDIT: Also, the simulator didnt have a installer, and the mod also came with a bunch of other stages, and 3 diffrent programs, one of them ending in OPENGL, it also had online if you end up knowing the server IP your trying to connect to. You could also set up fleet's of planes and set up what plane they were driving. With of course the ability to choose wether they follow you or not, or how they do it.
Rigs of Rods? It's not a flight simulator, but it's quite polygon like sometimes.
