Yeah so a few months ago I was leveling in sholazar and I got some rep with the oracles. I went back today in hopes of getting exalted with them, there were no quests at all. Where are the quests? I'm 5701/6000 with them.

This, you have to complete the quests with the Frenzyheart Tribe, untill you get honored. Now you will get a quest with the Oracles wich will turn you Hostile with the Frenzyheart. You are now able to do quests with the Oracles. After some quests there will be a group quest wich will allow you to chose wich of those 2 factions you want to be friendly with
I'm already hated with the frenzyheart. What now?

Possibly. I haven't done these quests in months. I think I may have actually.
Theres a big questline which involves being friendly/hated on both sides during the quests.
Eventually, you wil have the option to choose which side to be friendly to.
Found it. I dropped some orb that made this guy appear. I got the orb back and he had the quest for me.
