I had in mind: [B]ability name[/B] Tsunami: [B]type:[/B] ultimate [B]Information:[/B] Create a global tsunami that damages depending on range, the further you are the more damage you get. On hit there's a slight push towards the direction of the wave and then a 3 second slow. Travelling distance similar to AA's ulti. CD:80 seconds [B]Min damage:[/B]100-150-200 [B]Max damage:[/B]400-500-600 [I]aghanim upgrade[/I]: Increase damage by 150 and reduce cooldown by 20 secs
Name: Deforestation Effect Type: Ultimate What does it do: Every tree on the map gets cut down, and deals pure damage to any enemy within 340 aoe, damage stacks with all trees. CD: The time it takes for trees to regrow 50/100/200 damage This hurts creeps too.

Lina and Batrider can't use certain spells. Costs 1000 mana Lasts for 90 seconds CD is 90 Edit: I like how elite rates both my terrible ideas dumb just because I hate how he implies this thread is bannable
Volatile Brew Type: Target Unit Effects : Enemy Heroes Concoct a volatile brew that he can throw at an enemy hero, to stun and deal damage. The longer the concoction brews, the more damage it deals and the longer the target is stunned. After 5 seconds, the brew reaches its maximum damage and stun time. However, after 7 seconds, the concoction will explode on the new hero himself if not thrown. Volatile Brew always affects a 176 area around where it explodes, including when it explodes on the new hero. Range: 420 Maximum Stun Duration: 1.75/2.5/3.25/4 Maximum Damage: 150/220/290/360 CD: 16 seconds Mana: 120 [editline]19th February 2013[/editline] Here's a new hero idea that I'd like to propose. Freeze Toad Main Attribute : Agility Q - Freezing Spit • Auto-Cast Adds a freezing effect to attacks, slowing enemy movement. Lasts 1.5 seconds on Heroes, and 7 seconds on creeps. Range: 625 Duration: 1.5 (7 on creeps) Movement Speed Slow: 11%/24%/37%/60% CD: 0 Mana: 90 W - Silence • Target Point Stops all enemy units in a target area from casting spells. Range: 900 Radius: 300 Duration: 3/4/5/6 CD: 13 Mana: 90 Swamp Aura • Passive Adds bonus damage to the physical attack of allied Hero units on the map based on a percentage of FreezeToad's agility. Affects creeps as well, but only in a short radius. Swamp Skin • Passive Passively provides bonus agility. If there are no nearby enemy heroes, your focus improves and the bonus agility is doubled. Agility Bonus: 20/30/40 (40/60/80 with Bonus) Bonus Radius: 400

You just hear "HWAAAH" and its just you in the darkness alone.

Submerge Ultimate The map gets covered in water. <Hero> gets status effect that makes him move at 400/450/522 speed, over cliffs, over trees, basically flying. Slows enemies by 10/20/30% Deals 10/20/30 magic damage per second. Lasts for 10/15/20 seconds. Mana: 100/175/250 Cooldown: 100 Blind Target ability Deals 90/120/150/190 physical damage User cannot see vision of allied heroes, creeps, towers or wards. Vision reduced to 800 both day and night Lasts for 3/4/5/6 seconds 90/100/110/120 mana 50/45/40/35 cooldown
Some hallucinogenic spell that spawns weird illusions that only the target can see would be cool.

The spell chosen is cast at the closest valid target, and if it can't be cast, a new spell will be chosen until one can be cast. Heroes will be prioritized over non-hero units. Passive and toggled abilities disappear after 30 seconds. Cooldown: 30/27/24/21 Mana: 100/150/200/250 Imagine fighting this guy, he pops Metronome and you have no idea if he is gonna cast something like Ravage, Black Hole or Laguna Blade, or if he is just gonna roll the dice on Devour or Morph Agility and he eats the closest melee creep.

Accelerating Meteor passive ult As you move you will gain buff stacks that will be lost upon using a basic attack or an active ability. The buff stacks will increase your movement speed, buff your basic attacks, and buff your abilities. Upgrading Accelerating Meteor will increase the amount of stacks you may have at a time.
Swagbolt Target ability Damage type: Swag (Goes through BKB, magic immunity, invincibility, invulnerability, invisibility and other bilities) Throw your swagbolt at enemies, allies, neutrals or even shopkeepers! Effect varies depending on this. Swagbolt utilizes the secret secrets of the secret God known as Swagloth, he is indeed Secret. Enemy: Swagloth curses the enemy with swag, granting them 3 haunted rapiers, giving them -30 damage and filling up the last 3 slots (Does sadly not drop items, but makes items stop working) Creep or neutral: Swagloth turns the gold into swag! Instead of getting 50 or 100 gold per creep, you get double of what the creep usually would give Allies: Swagloth curses your allies! All last hits your ally gets during the duration of this buff automatically transfers all gold to you. Swag! Shopkeeper: Makes every item 1% cheaper, works on secret and sideshop too. Also deals 50/100/150/200 Swag damage to enemies. Mana cost: 10/25/50/75 Cooldown: 60/50/40/30 Duration: 20 enemies 120 allies 10 shopkeeper
