ok, this is NO normal black screen! so what happens is, i start up spore, and i see the logo, when its supposed to go to the menu, i hear the sound, but the screen goes back, and my monitor says: No signal.
it happens in so many other occasions, and its pissing me off SOOOO much. how do i fix this? i have a acer moniter, and a ati video card. somebody, please help me!
"ATI video card" isnt enough. We need specs like your ram, processor, and graphics card type to sort this out.
Maybe they are censoring it because Jack Thompson thought spore was too graphic for you.

I got my parents to disable a censor for the internet when it blocked the Spore website for "violence".
Even on the level allowing nudity.
It's not hard to get around censors.

Sounds more like your Monitor is set for Digital or Analog Mode or something... You have a button on your monitor that says SOURCE? Try hitting that once... Doubt that's it but Simple stuff first!

Yeah I know do all that, but this was easier and without the backlash if they found out.

Op, the problem is you are a dumb little kid, and your copy of spore somehow came to realise that it was to be made for an older crowd first, and it decided to try to use the secu-rom root-kits to keep you from playing it. Then EA was all, FUCK YOU SPORE COPY, YOU ARE 4 DUMB LITTLE KID WE MILK CASH COW MONEY $$$$$!
Then the spore copy was murdered by EA and EA replaced it in your sleep.
