My CSS server won't let people download the map that people are playing

My dedicated won't let people download the map that people are playing on. I have these two things in my server.cfg:

sv_allowdownload 1
sv_allowupload 1

Isn't there a size limit on the map? Something that says you can't dl a map that is over 64MB when dling the map directly from the server?

Anyways. I think the command is: "net_maxfilesize 2343543"
