Stuff that annoys you (In DotA 2): V. Riki + Good Player - Games

Basically a place to post anything that annoys you in dota You can use anything to say it (video/art/post) as long as we can understand it Riki and a good player [I]playing [/I]him is almost impossible to counter yes, yes, gem of true sight, but you lose it if you die, which will probably happen at one point or another

I didn't think we'd need one of these, considering we have the Stupid People thread, but ah well. I'm annoyed when valve releases a large update with content I could almost care about but no new hero.

Significant lack of techies, and knowing that when the game releases wait times will probably drop but number of people who come into the game expecting to own without knowing anything about basic moba's will rise.

When you matchmake with a party of four and end up with a Meepo who obviously is only playing him because of Shitty Digest and only says quotes from it.

5 man team (mostly carries, besides one) going 30-5 and then gets super cocky and fights 1v5 and loses all fights and then we lose because all of them were braindead Russians. It happened a hour ago. What is up with people god.

Im assuming you mean blademail after tran boots.[/QUOTE] blademail is fucking useless for axe the idea is you're forcing enemies to attack you which means the blademail will reflect their own damage except this is only remotely useful against people with magic/puredamage autoattacks because they will have way too little damage for blademail to reflect if they only have physical damage in their autoattacks why physical damage will be so badly reduced is because taunt gives axe 40 armour i.e. it's extremely situational and building it all the time is fucking stupid and if you do it you don't deserve to play axe

When i'm playing a hero with a crit ability (PA or Jugg or something) and I fuck up a last hit because I didn't think I would get the crit.

Almost all the guides ive read suggest blademail as an item (which makes sense coz he is a tank) and all of them warn against using both blademail and taunt at the same time. Blademail is an excellent counter to those dps heroes like sf and drow. Just because it can be used in a wrong combo =/= getting it is bad.

I'm somewhat new to Dota and I'm just playing with bots just to get use to the controls, since I'm not really good with RTS-like controls. But there is just one thing that has been absolutely painful: Ally Winrunner bots. I mean goddamn, this thing NEVER uses her Shackleshot at the right times, constantly uses Windrun for no reason other than just to waste mana, steals farm from me when I'm trying a carry out, and just flat out runs away to heal in the fountain if it takes even a lick damage. Perhaps this is Valve's plan on training you to deal with the potential bad teammate you may have that has no idea what they're doing. Or maybe they just failed at programming that single bot... Thank god though that the Dazzle, Maiden, and Lich bots are actually helpful.

Well anyway, I dont intend to build blademail on axe, unless there is a heavy dps opponent. Also riki pub stomp @ pro level; [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/xhWWZ.jpg[/thumb] Ive been watching g-league matches, and it seems like nyx is an improved version of riki+sandking, in the sense that no proper true vision really punishes

When I random Meepo and play against 5 good people who counterpick Meepo and nothing else and my team has shitty picks.

Losing to someone who is a complete asshole/shittalks all the fucking time Doesn't matter whether they are the best DotA players in the world, they still piss me off. Especially if they are fucking awful and are being carried by rest of their team.

People calling others names. Sure I might understand why,but sometimes try to help other players and not call em "cyka" (Which means bitch) , idiot , noob, feeder. Only call them when they are stubborn.

The only thing I can't stand in this game is when people come into saying they hate Brazilians or Russians, and that they are the sole reason they lose games. People like that are lower then scum and should die in a fire.

I hate it a [i]lot[/i] when people blame one or two single players on their team for a loss. It was all of your faults because you couldn't collectively beat us, stop trying to blame others.
