A friend of mine bought me the THQ pack ages ago for my birthday, and I've recently decided to try out Red Faction Guerilla (I had tried it before but had unrelated computer problems).
Now when I try to play the single player game it tells me to sign into Games for Windows Live. So I do this, and it says it needs to update, which I allow, however it then just goes to desktop, no error message, nothing.
Going back on the game just repeats the process. Any help?

Funny enough I have a GFWL problem too, when I try to use it with fallout 3 (because frankly I just feel like it) I click live and nothing happens, it makes every option unable to be selected except it and does nothing.
You can press escape or click it to make it go away though.
I think it's a god gift though because frankly GWFL sucks.
