Well heres how it goes, I start up CSS/TF2 and try to connect to a server. It usually ends up stuck at the server info box and when I press refresh nothing happens at all. Sometimes I have to restart the game in order for it to work at all.
Anyone know whats causing this problem?

Make sure your firewall is not blocking your programs and redo their rules on firewall if there are rules already for them.
