[B]Installation Instructions:[/B]
Simply drop the skins folder into your main Steam directory, then head into your Steam settings, click on the interface tab, and select "Noir Gear" as the skin you want to use. Steam will automatically restart.

Have you ever installed any large font packs, or Vista transformation packs?

This theme won't work unless Segoe UI is present, which is only available on Vista and 7.

That means you somehow don't have Segoe UI installed.

Try restarting Steam, and if that doesn't work, tell me what your folder structure is for the theme.

Look for a working download of Segoe UI Semibold.
